Band directors

Highlights from our letter to directors. Your greeting packet has the full warm-up schedule and maps.

    Buses and trucks

    Follow signs to the north side of campus. Parking supervisors will meet you, and a greeter will hand your band an envelope of wristbands for open access to facilities.

    Restrooms and changing

    Inside the high school building.

  3. 03

    Staff cars

    Carpool or ride the bus. Follow signs to the north side; staff parking is along the black fence beside Route 125. A NESBA badge is required. Overflow is at the middle school, 495 Main Street, with a shuttle.

    Warm-up and pit areas

    Your packet has the schedule and a map. Follow the signs; roaming greeters can help.

  5. 05

    Seating

    Bands sit in the south-side bleachers, not the stands by concessions.

  6. 06

    Awards

    Drum majors and color guard captains from each band join the awards ceremony. Field positions are assigned on show day.

  7. 07

    Admission

    $15 adults; $10 students, children and seniors. Parent volunteers without NESBA credentials pay admission.
